Fair and simple: unused credits are refundable, used credits aren’t.
Can I get a refund on a credit pack?
Yes — if the credits are unused. We refund any credit pack in full within 14 days of purchase as long as none of its credits have been spent. Email support@charactercanvas.ai with your account email.
What about credits I've already used?
Used credits are non-refundable, since each generation uses real compute the moment you create a portrait. Only unused credits qualify.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and there is no subscription or auto-renew. You only pay when you choose to buy a pack.
